The action model
A package is one balance, not separate allowances. For example, 50 actions can be any combination of project generations and suggestion refreshes.

Creates a complete project structure with columns, tasks, and milestones.

Re-ranks eligible tasks and creates a fresh plain-English plan for My Day or a project.
Taskavel does not spend actions on a timer in the background. Generation happens when you open an AI-enabled view that needs a result.
The first visit to My Day or an AI-enabled project can use one action when that view has no AI result cached for today.
Reopening or reloading the same view uses today’s cached suggestions and does not spend another action.
A confirmed manual refresh uses another action and follows your configured rate limit and cooldown.
There is no fixed “days of auto-refresh” allowance.
My Day and every project have separate daily caches. Opening several AI-enabled views can use several actions in one day, so converting a package into a number of days would be misleading.
Teams and billing
Action balances are personal by default. Team size alone does not determine how quickly your balance is used.
Each teammate spends actions from their own balance when they request AI.
A project owner can choose to cover suggestion actions for that project, with a per-member daily safety cap.
My Day spans multiple projects, so it always uses the viewing member’s own balance.
