Open Account Settings → AI Credits to inspect balance, packages, and recorded usage. The application records AI usage; use that screen rather than an old documentation value to determine current cost or availability.
AI task suggestions require the personal opt-in. My Day and project suggestions have explicit refresh actions. Project-level AI access is owner-controlled because it determines whether project data may be used for that team feature.
Credits are charged to the account that triggers the action unless the project owner has turned on I cover AI credits for this project. If suggestions stop on a project where AI is enabled, check your own balance first. On a covered project the widget states whose balance is short: when the owner’s runs out, or when you have used your daily allowance of it, you can notify the owner or spend your own credits for a single refresh.
For AI project generation, open the job status page and review the generated plan before confirming it. A job is not the same as a confirmed project creation.
