An integration is disconnected or not available

Verify whether the integration is account-level or project-level before reconnecting it.

Discord and Slack have account settings pages with connect, callback, and disconnect flows. Reconnect them from Account Settings → Integrations when the account connection is absent.

Webhooks, project AI settings, Nightwatch setup, and project platform removal are configured from a project’s integrations page. Make changes there when the issue is isolated to one project.

For Invoicing.to, verify the stored token, selected bank, and project rate in its dedicated settings page. Subscription invoices in Billing are a different system and do not verify an Invoicing.to connection.

Diagnostic sequence

Identify the scope before reconnecting anything. Check account settings for Discord or Slack, the project integration page for webhooks, Nightwatch, and project AI, and the dedicated Invoicing.to page for its token, bank, rate, export, and send workflow. A connection in one scope does not configure another scope.

When reconnecting OAuth, complete the application’s connect and callback flow instead of pasting credentials into unrelated settings. If the issue is an external platform delivery, inspect the exact project configuration and external platform state; local code cannot prove an external service’s current delivery status.
