Use Account Settings → Billing for the Taskavel subscription, checkout, portal, cancellation, resumption, and downloadable subscription invoices. The current screen is the source for plan price and limit details.
Use AI Credits for AI credit balance, packages, and usage. Use the Invoicing.to integration for tracked-time export, bank selection, project rates, and invoices created through that integration.
If an owner or admin cannot invite an active member, check the owner’s member allowance. Guest invitations follow separate handling.
Diagnostic sequence
First decide which financial workflow you mean: subscription management, AI credits, or Invoicing.to time exports. Open its corresponding page and use the current screen for price, plan, balance, bank, rate, or invoice status. Do not use an Invoicing.to invoice as evidence that a Taskavel subscription is active, or a subscription invoice as evidence that a time export succeeded.
For a limit issue, identify whether it is active members or storage. The person who owns the project is the relevant account for those allowances.
