Open Billing as a project owner
Billing is intended for people who own projects; a guest with no owned project has no subscription to manage. From Account Settings → Billing, review the current plan and use the available checkout, portal, cancellation, or resume actions.
Manage the subscription through its own workflow
Checkout and the Stripe billing portal are separate routes. Cancellation and resumption are explicit actions. Use the account’s billing page for current pricing, plan limits, and seat choices; those values are product configuration and can change.
Download subscription invoices separately
Subscription invoices live under Billing and can be downloaded. They are not the same as invoices created through the Invoicing.to integration from time logs.
Watch limits while inviting
Member limits are enforced when owners and admins invite active members. Guest invitations are treated separately by the invitation logic. Storage also has an owner-plan allowance, so attachments may be unavailable when that allowance is reached.
