Track time on tasks

Run one timer at a time, add manual entries, and review or export time logs.

Start and stop a task timer

Start a timer from the task you are working on, then stop it when you change context. A user can have one running timer: starting a new one stops the previous running timer for that user.

Correct time with manual logs

Open My Time Logs to add, edit, or delete personal manual entries. Use this when work happened away from the timer. Your entries can be exported as CSV or PDF from the time-log workflow.

Review team time separately

The team time-log page is the aggregated view of team entries. Project membership and permissions determine which work you can access. If the team uses the Invoicing.to integration, tracked time can be exported into that integration’s billing workflow.

A reliable daily routine

Start timing from the task you are actively working on and stop it before changing context. Do not expect multiple timers to run in parallel for one user: starting a timer on a second task stops the first. At the end of the day, open My Time Logs to correct missed work with manual entries, then review the date and task before exporting.

Team Time Logs and personal logs answer different questions. Use your own page to edit your entries. Use the team page to review aggregated work where your access permits it. Invoicing.to export belongs to the configured integration workflow and does not create Taskavel subscription invoices.
